Designed for professional recognition
Experienced officials, crew leaders, assignors, and mentors. The framework is intended to recognize a combination of relevant learning, demonstrated practice, experience, and leadership - not completion of a single course alone.
Planned pathway
When the framework is approved, ASI will publish the complete standard, acceptable evidence, assessment process, ethics expectations, decision and appeals procedures, and renewal requirements.
- Review the published competency and eligibility standard.
- Organize qualifying education, experience, and other evidence.
- Apply to ASI through the approved credentialing process.
- Maintain the credential through continuing development and ethical practice.

American Sport Education is the ecosystem's education and professional-development division. ASI remains the standards and credentialing authority.
